Hi, 10 minutes after my booking which would start within less then 24 h, my host said its no longer possible to stay at his place. He did not cancel yet, so my payment will go to him tomorrow. What do I do? How can I make sure that I do not pay.
I would first make sure that you don't cancel and tell the host that if you are not allowed to stay that they will need to cancel. I would then call Airbnb and see what they can do for you. If you need the phone number for Airbnb, it is located on your itinerary/confirmation.
