Hello!
People booked for one week at our place. They spent a few nights and then this morning they canceled the stay.
At 8.34 I received the airbnb email.
However, they don't want to leave the place immediately. They say they take shower, pack their stuffs etc...
Now it is 9.18 and they are still using our house, everything.
I am working so I told my family to tell them to leave. I also called them but nothing. They take their time....
Can we get a compensation from them if I tell airbnb? I can tell exactly when they will leave (I guess around 10 so maybe 1h30 after their cancellation).
And it was a surprise for us and they did not tell us anything until now.
