I have made a change in the date for a guest. She says she accepted the new dates but I can not see that the dates changed. This applies reservation is ***

I want to change the dates of my first reservation without doing a new transaction.  The system has already charged me the entire sum. The owner's email indicated in the confermation email is not available anymore.

Hi there

Im hoping someone can help me. I have a lady that has booked for the 16th - 25th August. She then messaged again and asked if she could stay for an extended time arriving on the 9th August, also what the price would be. I replied and told her she could stay from the 9th to 25th and changed the dates and sent her an included price. She messaged back thanked me and she sent her email address and number and also said would she pay the extra money on arrival! I have repeatedly asked her to accept the new date request and explained it needs to be done through airbnb but she is not accepting the new date request. I am getting no contact from her other than one personal email, where again she said she would pay the extra on arrival or pay into our bank account. I have explained this can't happen. She is not responding when i contact her through airbnb. Up to date she is still booked in for the 16th-25th, this is now causing problems as other peope want to book from the 9th and I am at present turning them down as I dont know what this woman is planning to do.

Im not sure where to go from here, her first language is not English so her emails are not 100 percent clear, but clear enough.
