reinstating a cancellation

Have cancelled someone in error and now cannot reinstate them - cannot get any joy from Airbnb and the dates are blocked - the guests are now worried and there does not appear to be any way around it.

 

Really need help!

If you cancel then the dates are automatically blocked, only ABB can change it.
