change payout method - remove default

I am trying to change the payout method of mine. I have added a new payout method but still I could not change it. Anyone know why is it? or what is the procedure to follow

I have added a new payout and there is no way for me to change it to a default. The other account does not exist and I will not be paid unless I can change this. Any ideas on how?
