Hello all

we have a pool on our property that is NOT heated and swimming during the winter is not availabe and we would like to edit the listing acordingly

Is there a way to change pool availablity based on winter/summer months and edit price acordingly

Hi - it's easy enough to set custom prices for custom dates - however it's not possible to set custom dates for amenities. 

All I can suggest is making it clear up front in your description something like: Pool only available 1 June to 1 Sept.

The only other option I can think of is setting up a second listing for off season (under your existing profile) and untick the pool amenity and remove pool photos. You would then block off your the calendar in each listing to reflect either high or low season.
