changing a reservation

Hello,

I have altered a reservation as the price was only for 3 people instead of 4. The guests tell me that they are told they will have to pay £19 fees for cancellation if they accept the change. I have had to do that before and it worked well and guests were not charged any fees. Is that correct?

@Julie166 No, that doesn't sound right as they / you are not cancelling the reservation.  If your guest is having trouble accepting your reservation change, they perhaps should contact Airbnb for assistance.  Here's how:
