check in not allowed not working

Hi.

I am relisting our home and tried to set up days quests are not allowed to book in,when I save it the days the days where not blocked out. Any suggestions

@Clint-and-Helen0, your title says you are trying to set "check in not allowed", but your text says you are trying to "set up days quests are not allowed to book in".

Those are two different things.

If you say a day is not allowed to be booked, it will be blocked entirely and you can neither check in nor book a stay for that night.

If you say check-in is not allowed for a day, the day will NOT be blocked, because a guest is allowed to be in your listing on that day. They just are not allowed to ARRIVE on that day (meaning check-in).

Which are you trying to set?

I am trying to only have quests staying Thursday Friday and Saturday nights

Also our listing has a blue for when I set from snooze to list and I can't search our listing

@Clint-and-Helen0, I myself don't know of how to have the calendar automatically allow only Thursday, Friday, Saturday night stays.

You can set your calendar to be off by default, and then you can manually open up the Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays as you go. This is still manual work, but at least no one can accidentally book Sunday thru Wednesday if the calendar opens automatically.
