co host partial refund

Can co hosts offer partial refunds to current, or past bookings?

When I go to -> Resolutions -> Send Money, I get the following message:

"You don’t have any eligible reservations to send money to right now"

But, there are lots of reservations....is that because I'm a co host?

@Ronnie19  Try going to the particular reservation and use the send or request money option.  I think that is how it is done lately.  You should be able to do that as a co-host.  good luck

Unfortunately this is not available from the specific reservations neither. 

I reported this bug to Airbnb months ago but it hasn't been fixed yet. 

Last update I received was they're still having difficulties solving the issue but they're working on it.

In the meantime, I asked the main host to request money on my behalf but this is definitely not the best solution. Can be akward as a guest to get a money request from someone you never talked to.

Not very encouraging to use the co-hosting system properly in such conditions...
