co- hosting

hi - i have a beautiful property 2 1/2 hours out of sydney  - north - i am now living in america and need somebody to co host it for me potentially. the house is on 5 acres so some yard work would be required - mowing and wiper snipping mainly as garden is established - and the house would need to be cleaned after each stay.

The co host would also need to set prices and corespond, - but no need to welcome.

What is a fair price - is a percentage to manage and then an hourly rate for other services.

all help would be greatly recieved
