im am currently hosting a guest who has given an invalid phone number on her profile. i had a slight complaint about her from my neighbours and would like to contact her. i tried messaging her through the airbnb website but she does not answer. please help me contact her

You would need to contact airbnb for an alternative number or have them try and make contact.  Make sure you explain the reason.
