The general expectation for short stays is that the sheets are changed between guests.

(Especially because guests generally expect that hosts will not enter the guest areas during their stay.)

Longer term stays have different rules, but those are sort of up to you and your guest.

@Theodora5, No, for short term stays, you don't need to do that. For long terms stays it dependes on you. Your house, your rules. You just can leave clean bed linen for guests and provide them with everything necessary to clean their space by themselves. Or you can charge additional cleaning fee and provide cleaning services. Whatever you want, just make sure, that your guests understand well your house rules and conditions.
