I have a problem which may not only be related to Airbnb but somehow I cannot solve this. I am not very good with my smartphone - pretty new to it - and new to hosting as well.

 

On my computer all works fine. I get requests for bookings through my gmail account. On my phone I can also receive gmail mails but when I reply I get delivery failure as apparently the reply goes to express airbnb and not to the writer of the message. I have already signed in again to FB and tried through Google. Other messages work fine but I seem to be missing one step or so.

 

As a result I missed several booking. Well, as long as somebody has any suggestion what I can do, it may change for the better... thanks a lot!

I use the ABB App, seems to work fine.

@Ria8, as @David126 said, get the AirBnB app on your phone. It's not perfect but it has improved a lot in the last few months. It will notify you via an app-specific text message when you have incoming messages. You can then open the app and respond within the AirBnB message system, just like on your computer.
