some my guests sent me Season’s greetings and i'd like to answer and thank their, but the airbnb email address it doen't work.
could someone help me?

The easiest way is to go to your calendar and find that guest's reservation.  Then view the message history and send them a personal message.  The holiday greeting will not be there since this is a separate function.  There might also be a link in the email for you to send greetings too @Carla326.
