emergency situation in my county

There has been fires in my county for the last 48 hours.  I am not set up to host airbnb but I have signed in on a friends account. I heard on tv that i could let firefighters/first responders stay in my house when they needed to rest and take a shower.  But when we signed on to her account at airbnb we could not find a place on the website to offer my extra bedrooms.  Can someone tell me if this is something airbnb is offering and if so how do I access/offer my spare bedrooms?

I too would like to learn how to offer shelter assistance to CA Wildfire victims. Though I am in SW WA, some family might have relatives up here and need a temp shelter.
