fees - setup fees and/or optionals - is there a way?

Hi,

I checked but cant find an answer. My latest poperty has a Jacuzzi on the balcony which will be setup fresh for each new guest if they wish to use it. As some guests will not want or use this I would like to charge a setup fee (new filter, balancing, pre heating, etc.) rather than absorb this in the pricing.

Cleaning fee is not ideal for this. An option for optionals would be great - or how do others deal with this?

E.g. welcome / breakfast pack / wine selection / local produce (honey / jam / fruit & vegetables) up to adding an experience like fiering your own ancient breadoven and bake piza..... endless list...

So just a question how others and / or Airbnb deal with such.
