i couldn't seem to make that work for a specific reservation. could you give me quick "walk through"? 

how can access and make changes to just their reservation and not my whole listing?

i'm new to this!

A special offer will have to be done during the booking process.  If already booked, you would need to give a refund.  

I suggest you take time to learn how the platform works using the help function and also read through the community help guides.
