Hello Everyone,
I have rented an appartement for 62 nights (to begin in less than a month) and now I need to extend my stay to 64 nights (postpone the enddate by two days). The owner of the appartment entirely agrees with that extension.
However, when trying to do that at the Airbnbn website, a huge difference is charged.
In details:
62 nights - $4784 price already agreed on
64 nights - $5727, that is to say, a difference of approximately 20% for only two days more.
When I restore the dates to the original ones, the original price is not displayed.
In a few words, I am drowning in numbers...
I would appreciate to hear your experient opinions. Objective question: how to extend a stay and pay a fair price?
Thanks to you all.
I would suggest you call BNB - details in the first post under Community Help.
The owner may have different sums assigned to those days. Perhaps ask the host to submit the change for your approval at the standard rate you're paying for the rest of the days.
