So I have a request for a flat price that is less than what is posted ,I think. Since I do not know what ARBNB post my place for ,how would I accept the offer inside AIBNB's site. I do not wish to go outside and not use AIRBNB.
Thanks Tom
This is what I see just picking a random set of dates.
Some days you have at $138. You maybe have a weekly price as well which is why this 9 night booking is slightly less per night?
If someone is asking for a discount, you can either say yes, or you can say no. The choice is yours. The prices are set by you. Go to the desktop version (not using the phone app) and check all your price settings, I'm sure you'll find out what's going on.
People who ask for an additional discount are trouble in my view...you should know the value of your listing. If you are prepared to haggle then good for you.
Hi @Tom12, If you agree to accept a price that is different than what airbnb quotes, the guest should send a booking inquiry (not a booking equest). You can click on the special offer button and set the price by entering it in the subtotal cost field. Note that the cleaning will not be added afterwards to the price you enter. Make sure to include the cleaning cost in the price you enter.
