I received two text messages from customers and I am unable to reply via text. I keep getting a message stating that I have too many accounts associated with my phone number. I can't understand this techinal problem, because I only have on account with Airbnb. Can someone help me? I have two request anxiously awaiting my response

@Leroy0 Just a stab in the dark, but are you using a) the phone app, b) Chrome browser, or c) some other browser? 

 

Also, you might try logging out of all devices and logging back in via the Chrome browser. Sometimes things just get into a weird, confused state.

Text messages should also appear in your email, @Leroy0,  and you should be able to also respond that way,  which will reach your guest as a text message, if it was sent by text.
