Hey everyone! So I am brand new to Air B N B , i am doing my tax stuff but immtotally lost... I am helping my brother rent out his beach home. Its like my little side job but the whole tax thing three me off.. I kind of wanted to handle everything the $ side and the guest and hospitality side. Is it a mess if I put it under my name and just pay the taxes myself or should I link my account and since he is the owner put him on the tax sheet?
