I just hosted a group of guest with infants. there are some horrible things happening. I listed a few things:
1.messy house, put all the bedsheets...on the floor...Oreos, food inside the bedsheets.
2.move all my furnitures from room to room
3.garbage everywhere,no recycling, no organic seperation at all. all baby diapers.
4.complain about the hosts are not here, and think it is not right. they think I should be their maid.....
5.insult the host,one younger male walking towards me constantly touching his xoxo area facing me, talk in french, and say the following in english---oh, you dont speak french? No french.... that's a shame. fine. THIS IS CANADA ONTARIO...though I am asian.
6. the family shouted in the host's face, saying why there is owners bags and clothes in the hallway. I said do you understand the spirist of sharing? this is my house too. I also have other guests.
7. I asked do you appreciated just about that I shared my space with you. They said no.
8. They started shouting at me at the very last moments when they leave, maybe just as they dont want to do the clean.......
9. They kicked my shoes everywhere in the hallway......
I was worried that those guests are going to give me bad reviews as they are so bad behaved person.....they are just paying motel money, expecting Hilton quaility and behaves mean and not caring about environment, wonder how are they gonna have good influence on their kids.
@Sophie295 You are a busy lady and I am sure having difficult guest parties is very troublesome. Is there something you want from the host community or did you just need to get some suport from other hosts?

@Sophie295 What type of options are you seeking? The guest was very rude and they are gone now, right? In that case if there is damage, you get pictures of the damage, contact guest with demand for payment. If no answer or denial, file a claim through the Resolution Center for a claim on the security deposit.
The other issue is the review process. Probably you will get a negative review because the guest already displayed bad behavior. You post a thumbs down review due to disrespect and extreme mess.
You then move on and feel good about all the positive reviews you have. That is what will get noticed by other travelers. Keep us posted as to what happens.
