horrible guests - review positive

Hello,

 

I left a positive review of my guests of last weekend, but just now my neighbour came to tell me they peed AND puked AND smoked weed in their garden. I didn't know this and I am utterly shocked, how can I cancel my positive review of these guests? They're horrible people, not nice, as I thought! 

 

I did ask for cleaning fee to compensate my neighbours, but they should be kicked off AirBnB entirely. How can I reach anyone about this?

Hello Annerieke,

 

If the guests have left a review for you or it's more that 48 hours since you reviewed them then it's not possible to edit your review yourself.

 

If they haven't yet reviewed you and it's less than 48 hours since you reviewed them then you can edit your review by following the instructions at the link below.

Editing a review

 

If it's too late to edit the review then you'll have to contact Airbnb about the issue.

I do that on Twitter by searching for Airbnbhelp and sending them a message. they usually respond in a few hours.

@Annerieke0.....On their profile page there is a small grey flag next to their profile name with a caption that says 'Report this user'! If you click on that flag you will bring the issue to Airbnb's attention and you can make your case for action you would like Airbnb to take regarding this guest.

Not a nice thing to happen but Annerieke, you just can't see people like these coming, but you can report them for the future.
