hosting Experiences in Berlin

I am finally officially registered in Berlin and I was wondering if you know what kind of documents/insurances/permits I need to host experiences here and be 200% legit. 

I have some clues, but I would like to have facts since if I start going to offices, they're gonna bounce me around like they always do.
