i misunderstood with the guest. I cancel and he wants to book the shared house again. but the date is blocked, what should i do?
The dates are blocked as punishment for the cancellation, and it was displayed to you while you did the cancellation.
Nothing you can do yourself against it. You may try to call airbnb support and hope they have mercy and unlock it.

Happens to many people. Either read up before in the help pages and the CC here, or take the hard route of trial and error.
@Peter618: I am in doubt that AirBnb will dedcut from my Bank Account, the payout amount after cancellation even i don't get paid from the client yet. feel frastrated now.
Unfortunately, you can't, @Sereykosal0. It's a way of punishing hosts for cancellations.
thank you @Marzena4 and I am first time hosting in AirBnb. And I don't kow it is fierce punishment for canclllation from host because I and the guest missunderstood the conversation.
Rule No. 1 for hosts - never ever cancel: punishment and stats down.
@Marzena4: i am still in doubt that the payout is AUD 196 that I previousely accepted and when I cancelled the reservation, the payout is -AUD 196. will AirBnb deduct from my Bank Account since I haven't received the client's payment.
