I am new to Airbnb and will appreciate standart rules for guests.  Can I ask them to take care of the garbage before they leave, clean the dushes, leave the house clean? How best to express such an expected behavior?

HI,

Yes you can but don't expect every guest will follow through with your requests.

Write everything in your Airbnb Policies and I find that if you have a Welcome folder in your Airbnb stay

enforce it there too.

Hi @Joseph603  ,  welcome to Airbnb!! and to Airbnb community discussions,  I looked at your listing and it is amazing!! you have done a great job with the apartment. 

I would agree with @Susie111 on putting everything on your Airbnb policies and in your written welcome folder/message at the apartment when they arrive.
