how do i initiate a review?

Someone checked out of my house yesterday but I have not received a prompt to provide a review for them. In the past I have. Any suggestions on how to initiate a review?

I'm having the same problem here. It's my first time hosting and it was a first for my guest as well. I've searched everywhere high and low on the website to initiate a review for my first guest. I just worked really hard to host. I want to be able to receive/give reviews!
