Good luck to all!
my question to find out if a guest can remove or edit their own review.
Guest checked out recently, just 4 days ago! They put an inappropiate review and now they agree with me and want to change the review they already put on!
Please someone guide me so I can tell the guest how to remove or edit their review!!
Many thanks in Advance!
They need to contact AirBnB and explain what and why....there is no other way to remove it.
I have a similar issue. Two months ago a guest review said I had bed bugs (a gift from an earlier guest). I shut down my room and treated, saying I would post when I felt bug free. Now I've had two guests - one from Airbnb and one personal guest - who reported zero issues. I'd like to put this out there but only in a place where the review readers will see it. I don't want to draw attention to the issue. Any ideas? I cannot edit my response to the negative review so I don't know where I can post the change.
This just happened to us and was because of a confusing and misunderstood comment. He wanted to retract or edit his comment. Apparently he would have had 48 hours to do so UNLESS I had already responded with a review (which I had), in which case absolutely nothing can be done! I managed the issue by sending a public email response and included his comments. This seems to be a real flaw in the system!
