i didnt receive the payout

I had my 1st reservation come on Aug 4-5th.Yet here it is Aug 19th and there is no money on my account and the reservation just says "transferred" even though the guest left 15 days! after check ,i found out  it was wrong paypal email accout , i want to info airbnb this and make a resend money request but there are no any email contact with Airbnb.please tell what i can do.Thanks.
