exchanging phone numbers is not allowed until a booking is confirmed

If it is a confirmed booking, @Derek25, go to Your Reservations from your Dashboard on your laptop/desktop. Look for that guest, and click Print Confirmation. At the right, the guest's phone number appears. It is also in Inbox, at the left of any messages from that guest. Hope that helps.
