if my guestroom is booked i would like my sofabed living room to still be available, even though it is still listed in the primary listing.  what do i do?

You have to create 2 listings for each accomodation.

Or even 3 listings, if you want to offer the combi also.

@Kenn4 If you want to 'sell' the sofabed then you cannot advertise it as being available when you have booked the guestroom. I would suggest only booking the sofabed in conjunction with the guestroom. Otherwise you are likely to get well deserved bad reviews, and to be honest, it seems rather greedy.

@Kenn4 @As@Emiel1 stated, create 2 new listings for the two rooms then link them to the current one which is for the whole space.  Airbnb will then keep your bookings in synch by blocking whichever one is no longer available when a booking is made.
