Dear Sirs,
After I received the first booking through you, which by the way came in Italian language all further e-mail messages coming to me in Italian.
In my account settings is placed in English as the preferred language.
I would ask you to send all messages in English.

We have the same problem, though our account is set in Czech and English. Did you solved your problem anyhow? Thank you for your help.

Same problem here. Airbnb is sending me notifications in Hungarian and I am getting lost! I never changed my language settings, always set to English.

 

?? ... Any clue on why this is happening.  I realise it is country independennt and it happens to many people.

I managed to solve the problem by changing my preferred language in the Profile setting.  Cheers.

I am having a problem with part of the requests and confirmations coming in a language with a different alphabet.

I have had no response from AirBnB as to how to resolve the issue.  Any suggestions?  Thanks. Barbara

Hello everybody!

 

When I first made my profile it was in english and then all of a sudden it changed to indian language!? And I receive all emails in that language, which I unfortunately do not understand, I live in Croatia.

My profile is now in english again but emails still in indian.

As I can see, nobody from you did not get any answer from airbnb regarding to that problem?
