left review but no star rating

I have a guest who left a very nice review but no star rating. WIll my overall star rating be affected?

Usually the hosts can not see how many starts we received from each guest.

But we could judge from the performance rate.

For example, if I got 5 stars for 90%.

And L guest gave us 4 or lower, it means, our 5 stars rate will go below 90%.

So you would know who did not give you 5 stars.

Can I ask, was the review in question for the listing titled 'Huge room Colosseum'? If so, it is possible that the guest did leave you stars as well but you need a minimum of 3 reviews on the particular listing for your stars to show up.

So although you have 7 reviews for your other listing, it does not count towards this listing as the starts are based on the feedback for the specific listing - 2 more reviews and your stars will show up.
