left the key inside and costs changing the lock

Hi

We left the keys inside and had to get a locksmith to break the lock and get us inside. The total cost was 1190 Euros becausei it was a security lock. I had to do this because the spare key would not open the door. Our passports were inside and it was Saturday night and Sunday mid day we were leaving Paris. The lock on the door was such that there was no handle on the outside to open without a key, eventhough the deadlock was not on. It was on the latch, but you could not open it without a key. 

How can I claim to have these costs reimbursed? ANd who should I claim against, the host or airbnb?

YOU left the key inside but you want AirBnB or the host to pay for the locksmith? Why would someone else pay for your error? Did you contact the host to see if they had another key?
