message board glitch? Anyone else getting the same?

Hi,

Anyone having a problem with the host/guest message board for listing.

Usually when I send replies from my email it appears on my message board conversation with the guest.

Today, nothing is appearing and I have to copy and paste it onto my messages and I keep getting the "oops! not working page".

Hello, I am new to Airbnb... I am having a lot of problems today. I received one reservation ok but another guest said they paid and the reservation hasn't shown up yet. Am I doing something wrong or is this normal? any help is appreciated 🙂

nobody picks up at the Airbnb helpline or responses to emails.
