misunderstanding

Good Day,

 

today Tornike sulakvelidze reserved for 32$  our apartment and he asked me to check in 2 our earlier, i accapted.

 

then when he came i  found out that they were 7 of persons . and they told me that wanted to stay 4 persons but reserved for 2 people.

 we requested to stay only for 2 people but they dicided to go. (during thios time they used toilet)

they asked to refund money,  please advice me what kind of solution should we make

You can check your listing and find out detail informations. If you stricly follow the Airbnb terms & Condtions then you may have less heddek. 

 

The customer should also follow the Airbnb terms & conditions.

It's my understanding that only Airbnb can give a refund. That's because you would not have your money yet from Airbnb until after the booking. This is not a misunderstanding; it looks like they were trying to get away with something. I would report to Airbnb immediately because they were not adhering to the listing agreement.
