@Eytan0 Out of just two reviews it is hard to say whether it is unfair or not...

Hi. I don't think we can say whether or not the reviews are accurate. Eytan was asking how he can get the review removed, if at all. The only way to do this is to contact Airbnb directly, this host-to-host sharing forum isn't going to be able to do that.

You may get sympathy (though not from everybody!), and plenty of similar stories. But to actual make a change to your listing pages, Airbnb are the only ones who can help you.

@Ben205 I am currently in dispute with Airbnb as for 1 or 2 unfair reviews against 57 positive ones. So far with one I received  response "you have other nice reviews..." and so on. So that's why I can predict what Airbnb will do.

@Marzena4@Ben205,

@Marzena4, you are currently in dispute... when you receive the decision, can you share this?

(I don't understand why you think you can predict--for good?  for bad?)

57 good reviews is a pretty good number! 🙂

@Kimberly54 I will (concerning sharing the results)

Why I can predict? Because I have read in the forum here what guests write and how Airbnb responds. Besides, I am familiar with the one below:

Hello @Marzena4,

Yes, and thank you for sending this link.  It doesn't seem to have a bias and I think you will be okay!

So many of us struggle with language 🙂  and meaning :-))  but we try!

Big hearts, open minds.

I think your issues will be resolved to your favor!

"You have other nice reviews" should not be the excuse for a public network to distributing false/defamation reviews. It is the time that Airbnb, hosts and guests know what defamation review is and how to handle it. Defamation review is against the law.

If it is a false/defamation review, you have the right to reques Airbnb and the guest to remove it. Defamation review is against Airbnb policy and the law.
