it might have been raised already but the new hosting dashboard is giving me quite an headache. The reservation seems sorted by day of the week instead of by date so it got all messed between arrival and departure.
Let me explain with an example: I have a guest arriving on Tuesday March 8th and one checking out on Monday 15th. the dashboard will show me first the departure on 15th (as it it on Monday) then the arrival on 8th (as it is Tuesday).
It's basically unreadable as it is.
Otherwise the look and feel is cleaner by months

Mine is a mess too. This was definitely not ready for roll out, but we seem to be stuck with it for the moment.
The new Dashboard is a disaster. The previous version was great to see who is arriving and when and what days are available to accept bookings.
Yes, the new dashboard is chaotic with arrivals and departures mixed up and the whole page looks almost unreadable - the previous interface with squares showing profile pics and impending guests, with earning to day in the top corner was easy to look at and was instantly comprehensible. Can you hear us Airbandb?

@Lizzie Would love to see the previous dashboard back. Or at least remove the "departures". It is confusing now, especially when you have only short-term stays.

I actually quite like the new dashboard, however the functionality which was intended is not working.
On the i-phone app:
I like:
- the fact that:you can view the dashboard by day or by month
- that you can filter on listing
- that you can click through to the guest details, messenger etc and use airbnb messenger to communicate with guests that are arriving
- that you can immediately see contact details of the guests
what's not working:
- If you have a same day departure and arrival, only the departure is reflected in the dashboard summary and then when you click on the departure, it takes you to the "arrival guest" details. I would prefer to see both the arrival and departure separately, specifically so that you can click through and check on the message history for both the arrival and the departure.
- some arrivals and departures are just inexplainably missing from the dashboard - I think this is a common error if I review some of the community centre comments
- the app seems to take incredibly long to load and it appears to be linked to the dashboard as when you click on one of the other links at the bottom of the screen, you can get in quicker than if you wait for the dashboard to load
On the PC version:
- it's quite frustrating that the PC version seems to have less functionality than the app.
- it is not possible to click through to the airbnb message history in the PC version from the dashboard summary. This is annoying as I primarily use the airbnb messenger system to communicate with guests on arrival times etc, and when reviewing arrivals and departures, you can only do this from the app.
- some reservations and departures are unexplainably missing
"Servicing app"
Overall, I would like to see a version of the dashboard that can be used for servicing staff (not called dashboard). I did raise this at the airbnb conference, but I cannot see if there is anything in the pipeline relating to this. I have 4 listings and a servicing team that assists me with the cleaning. However, I do not want to disclose confidential pricing and other information to them. I would like to share a "dashboard" which shows guest arrivals and departures with space (specifically for arrivals) to insert arrival times, contact details and any "special requirements" for the check-in. If this was in a printable form, directly from the dashboard, then I could work with that (as most of this information is already currently contained in the dashboard), but if it could be a separate app that staff could have access to from their smart phones or tablets, that would be unbelievably helpful as it would then be real time.
The dashboard has not been working well for some time, and I imagined that your developers were fixing it. It would be nice to have some communication from airbnb indicating what they are working on and what they expect the timeframes to be so that we can manage our expectations and workarounds.

Hi Lizzie, thanks for pointing us in the direction of this message thread (as new 'submitters' on the forum, it's not always clear where we should be placing feedback on layout etc).
We agree with alot of the feedback here, and do sincerely hope that the powers-that-be at airbnb will be reverting back to the old-style Dashboard layout (showing guest reservation arrivals only and NO departure info). The new Dashboard layout is SO messy - in particular we absolutely hate the added departure info - it's totally un-necessary.
The new 'Stats' tab is absolutely fine - it's easy to understand and everything relevant to stats is here, but the Dashboard reservation departure info is simply horrible.
Also, we are entirely reliant on the PC interface as our mobiles do not support the airbnb app so it's important for us that the online layout is clear.
We usually love your work airbnb but in this instance i think you've tried just a little too hard 'fixing' something that aint broke.
