I have only been hosting for two months and already I have had two occasions where extra unpaid guests have stayed overnight. In both cases I have very politely approached the guests offering them a chance to pay but my requests have been declined.
Can someone please advise what the correct process would be through Airbnb because I'm struggling to find any information regarding this issue on their website.

Well, I had the same thing happen and when I reported it, they not only didn't pay, but the Airbnb case manager gave them some of the original reservation money back! They lied up a storm to him so I not only didn't get the extra renumeration, but lost half the original payout. Then they took their profile down so my review didn't get published.
