not able to answer or process sms phone

I got SMS message to my phone about my room ,  I answered that message from my phone but I got message that told me that I could not prcess the message because my number is registered to many account.

I have only one account now but I did create on account via facebook because I was not able to access the first one but after som tries I could login and created host/room. 

What could be the problem and how can I find or delete the other account if there is one ?
