How can I find out which guest only gave us 4 stars?

The only way is to keep track of each review. - A real pain I admit.

Hi @Maureen33, Under stats you should see "your last X reviews were 5 stars" for each category (or something different if your last review was not 5 stars).  You know which guests have written reviews and the reviews are logged in the same order as the reservations - NOT in the order in which the reviews are completed.  So, if your last review was not 5 stars and your last guest completed their review, the last guest gave less than 5 stars.  If your last 2 reviews were 5 stars and your last 3 guests completed their reviews, the last 2 guests gave 5 stars and the previous guest did not, and so on.
