offering an alternative property

HI, I have 7 properties, sometimes I want to respond to a guest by offering an alternative property to that requested, but haven't found a way of doing that within the same reservation conversation.  It seems that the only thing I can do is to ask them to find my other property and to make a new enquiry.  Or, to biook the property requested and then go through the change reservation prcedure, which is a bit cumbersome.  Is there a neater way?

Also, if there isn't a neater way, is there a reference number or something like a link that I can ofer the enquirer so that it is easy for them to access the alternative property?

You can mention your other locations in each property description. If you are in correspondence then you can also do that. Problem is that you can not use links.
