out of country - how do I manage me calendar?

When I am traveling and unable to reply to booking requests in a timely manner , what do I do to be resopnse to guests and not get dinged by Airbnb? 

An out of office feature would be nice. 

Please don't suggest instabook - I will not rent without screening applicants.

There is an "out of office" feature, @Craig71! You can snooze your listing while you are away. I do it every time I will be off-grid or otherwise unavailable.

I Hi @Craig71 you could always snooze your listing- if you already have guests booked in for stays these remain as is, but your listing will not appear in searches whilst you’re snoozed therefore you won’t get enquiries and requests to book. (You’re essentially invisible to unbooked guests)

Unsnooze when you are able to respond to guests again as you normally would.

Funny a multi billion $ company doesn't have better software - type out of office in the help area and you get nothing. 

Fortunately the hosts are a better resourse!
