payment and refund

A few of of the apartments I manage have 80/20 payouts to 2 different accounts. I did a refund of $1400ish to a cancelled reservation. So far all the refund was withhold from the 20% payment account. I would prefer those to be proportionally from both accounts. How  can we make AirBnB do this correctly, or how exactly AirBnB handles this? Thanks!

@John68 Good question and, sorry, I don't have the answer!  Ask Airbnb directly.  Would love to know what their answer is!
