I hosted a guest that left on the 21.9, the payout message I got says that the payout was made on the 22. I still have not received any money. Who do I contact?

Your bank? PayPal? Western Union? You haven't explained your payout preference. I bet you've been paid. Your money isn't in limbo.

After the payout is made, it can still take a few days of processing to arrive in your bank account (anywhere from 3-7 business days). I usually don't get any payments on the weekends. If it's been more that a week, and the payment still hasn't posted, then I would look into it further.

I'm Kirstie, the online commity manager here in the Community Center. I'm sorry to hear you haven't received your payment. @Meredith17 has made a valid point that how long it takes depends on your payment method and you need to take into account weekends/Bank holidays. Have a look at this help guide explaining how the payment process works and how you can check your payment status. 

 

As it has now been over 10 days, I suggest you contact airbnb directly; this Community help guide explains the best ways  to get in touch with them.
