payout doesn't match quoted earnings

I have just received my payout and its way short of what i was indicated to earn. In fact after a take out the expenses and cleaning am almost in the red (nagtive). Help!!!

Yes, I was quoted to earn almost $3500 for a 36 night stay and the actual payout is only $3000. What's going on?
