payout

Hello!

MY guest have arrived 30th August and they stay till 8th September. Airbnb haven't release any payment for that reservation. Usually they release payment for reservation day after guest's arrivial.

Do you know why they didn't release payment?

Thanks

Dinka

Hi

I have not been paid for my last guests either. I got a message saying my bank details have changed and a payout cannot be done. The bank details are the same but I re=entered them anyway. Still waiting. Who can one contact to sort this out?

Regards Denise Moonriver

Why there is not possible to find any cotact details of airbnb? I can not call them in US or other country from Croatia. That call will cost me a lot.

Is there any chat on airbnb or email address?

I was not paid for my guests either.
Plus my bank account seams to be under validation since the begining of my airbnb - which is 2 weeks now.
If you get any information on how to contact airbnb i will be very interested.

OK!

I will cancel all future reservations and I will say to the guests to leave apartment immediately if nobody contacts me in next 4 hours.

I've also not been paid by Airbnb for a payout that was due 2 Sept.  It reflects as "pending" and I've had no correspondence from Airbnb as to why it's late.

Dinka,

From the help center:

When you get paid: https://www.airbnb.com/help/article/425/when-do-i-get-paid

  • Bank transfer or international wire: 3–7 business days -- you are only on business day 4 as of this morning.  In the US there was a National holiday on Monday, Sept 5 and the banks were closed.

See that box up there in the right hand corner that says "search for anything...."  Enter in "Contact Airbnb" and in the search results you'll get a Community Guide to Contacting Airbnb.  There provides all the ways you can contact them.

You are posting in a host forum, threatening us that you will cancel all your reservations is not only childish but completely unprofessional.  If you should cancel - Airbnb will fine you.  You should read about that in the Help Center as well.  https://www.airbnb.com/help/article/166/cancel-a-reservation-as-a-host

https://www.airbnb.com/help/article/990/how-do-host-cancellation-penalties-work

Good luck.
