I have a guest who has ten more nights left of a month stay. I have been away for a week leaving him here with my 20yr old son. On returning the smell from his room was awful. Shutters shut and windows closed and London has had a heat wave. I found his room literally covered with empty vodka bottles pizza noodles and pile high of rubbish. Vodka bottles in the bed, 3, beside the bed 4 and 12 empty bottles in an empty suitcase
What do or can i do!?
Sounds like he needs to go now, time to contact ABB and see if they will rehouse him.
Nothing mentioned that the Police would be interested in.
Contact AirBnB and ask them to intervene.
There is nothing here that the police will be interested in - so don't waste their time unless your guest becomes aggressive. I would suggest having someone there with you on when he is checking out. Keep in mind that you may be able to claim for additonal cleaning or damage if necessary (and if you had a security deposit in place) - but you must register a claim within 48 hours of departure. Take lots of photos too.
Out out out. Refund the money for the rest of the month. Is he breaking your house rules? You don't have to put up with that.
