problem with reservetion

Hi, i have a question. i am renting rooms in flat which has five rooms, last couple of weeks on one room i did not recieve any reservations on other four i am recieving them. before room that was booked normally as others, so it is very strange that last period concretly that room is always empty, can i ask you, maybe it is some problem in listing? how it can be that the same room is all the time empty last few weeks? i have almost the same price and rooms plus minus look similar in same flat.
