When does the "First Message" go out?

If it sends automatically after a reservation is approved/accepted, or after an instant booking (which we have turned on), is there a setting so it will appear in the message thread? It would be great to know they received it, we are altering to allow same day requests, but we need them to call us and confirm the booking, if they do make it the same day., and want this message to reflect that.

If it isn't automatic, how do I set it up, or send it manually?

How do I change the first message?

I remember writing it at first listing setup time, but can't seem to find what I wrote in order to update it.
